| Detailed Description: | Dear Mr. Jason, I have a technical question. I am sending this email to you from Iran. I have bought an Internt TV + Radio Player of your products from the only importer of this good in Iran(Vex Company), but I have a problem for running the player. When I plug in the flash and double click on that if the server would be ready I receive this error: GFM ebrace the world! of course my vpn is always on and my windows is xp sp3, windows media player 11 final. I asked the support department. They confirmed that the problem is from the server and will be resolved in less than a week. I really appreciate if you inform me about the problem.
